Tom Bosworth MBE is a double Olympic race walker and world record holder. He retired from sport in 2022 and has since created Walking With Purpose, an accessible, preventative, community care initiative aimed to support everyone from all walks of life.
The purpose, to get walking prescribed in our health care and day to day lives.
We work within both the private and public sector, using Tom's personally designed Minute by MinuteTM guide, daily movement can increase up to thirty minutes in almost as little as two weeks!
Within work places we generate creative ways to engage all individuals, to come together to walk, engange and ultimately become more active. Walking at your own pace, with small daily increments allows small changes leading to a big impact. Plus it doesnt require the expense, time, limited accessibility or sweat of other more traditional sporting initiatives and activities.
