

What is this all about?
The aim is to become a little more active each day, at your own pace, where and whenever you want.
We’ll increase the target time by 1minute every time you hit a goal. You can start off as little or as much as you want, just press finish when you’re done. Every walk will count.


...and how do I do this?
Simply hit start and walk. Imagine, If you were to start with just 15minutes and increase by one minute a day, by two weeks you’ll be almost completing 30minutes of activity a day! Life changing!

Can I do this anywhere?
